How much does it cost?
Each property is different, our staff will quote based on not only the amount of windows you have but the accessibility, the size of the windows and the frequency you would like them cleaned and the service you require. There are no hidden charges and we base each quote on the customers needs.
How do I pay?
If you are not in when we come to clean your windows we will leave a leaflet with the details of the clean, you can then pay online or post a cheque or cash. Some people even choose to leave the money in safe place or with a neighbour.
If you are a commercial company then we can send an invoice with the payment details.
We ask that all payments are made within 7 days of the clean.

How often do you come?
We will come and clean your windows as often as you like, we offer one off cleans for those special occasions or after building work but our most common cleans are the monthly and two monthly cleans, this ensures year round clean windows.
What about my dog, locked gate or if I am going on holiday?
We can text or call the night before we are due, this ensues that you can prepare for our arrival or make us aware if it is not convenient.
Does the weather affect the service?
JLM Window Cleaning works all year round. We clean in cold, snowy weather, as well as, hot and humid weather. A light rain will not affect our staff or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window. We will obviously never put our staff, customers or their property at risk so there may be times where we cannot do the windows on that day but you will be rebooked at the earliest convenience.
How do you clean the windows?
We use the traditional bucket and squeegee method for ground floor windows and a water fed pole system for first floor windows. We are also able to clean three story windows, skylights and hard to reach windows.
We take pride in cleaning not only the windows but the frames and window sills as well.
Waterfed Pole System
This is when the operator cleans the windows from the safety of the ground using waterfed poles. When the water is processed through the system, all mineral and chemical content is removed and 100% pure water remains. This “Pure Water” has the desire to change back to its impure state, and therefore when it is applied to the dirty window surface it rapidly “sucks back in” all impurities it encounters. When further pure water is applied to the window, it remains mineral-free and the windows will dry clean and spotless.
